Celebrated Cuisine specializes in sit down, plated dinners, elegant cocktail parties and intimate dining for 2-50 guests, as well as larger gatherings such as open houses and buffets for up to 300.  Each party has its own unique menu, selected from a variety of options based on personal interviews to understand our clients' taste preferences, dietary restrictions and type of party: seated and plated, buffet and passed hors d'oeuvres, wine pairings or any combination.  In each case, the focus is on providing a memorable five star dining experience.

Celebrated Cuisine is pleased to offer dining out in the East Valley: Destination Dining. This concept offers you and up to 14 guests the opportunity to get together in the private dining space at the Celebrated Cuisine Kitchen. Chef Laura will work with you to custom design your menu, select your wines and your music. You'll dine in a relaxed atmosphere with your own dedicated server for the evening. Teaching is also a defining passion for Chef Laura.  Chef Laura offers private and small group instruction in client kitchens throughout the Southwest and in the Celebrated Cuisine kitchen with an emphasis on technique, balance and bold flavors.  Cooking parties, where guests are working side by side with Chef Laura, have redefined today's dinner party.

Chef Laura also provides culinary instruction at Sweet Basil Gourmetware and Cooking School in North Scottsdale.
